Overview

Using the CGW Cancels menu, third-party administrators can cancel a contract. This feature is used when a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) contract administration system, such as StoneEagle, shows a contract status as cancelled and CareGARDWarranty.com (CGW) does not. The TPA can use this feature to change the contract status to “cancelled” so that both systems are in sync.

Using this tutorial, you will learn how to cancel contracts.
