Open a Help/Support Ticket


To open a help/support ticket:


1. Click the Support icon in the left navigation menu:

2. This launches the Help & Support dialog:

3. Use the available fields and drop-down lists to enter your CGW Help Desk ticket:

Item  Description
Email Address Enter your email address where the CGW support team can contact you.
Subject Enter an appropriate and informative subject for the CGW support team.
Description In the provided text space, enter a description of the problem. Provide as many details as possible for troubleshooting purposes. You can attach supporting files and screen captures if needed.
Attach a File

You can attach a file to the Help Desk ticket to provide as much information as possible to the CGW support analyst.

Click this button to take a screen capture and automatically attach it to the Help Desk ticket of the current CGW page with which you are having issues. This is very helpful in identifying the exact issue you are having and is used by the support team to find a quick resolution.
Phone Number Enter your contact phone number. Do not use special characters such as the () or -.
Company Enter your company name.
Type Select the issue type for this ticket:

  • DMS Pull Issue
  • Contract Issue
  • Transmittal Issue
  • Maintenance Claim Issue
  • Report Issue
  • User Setup
  • Dealer Setup
  • Technical Issue
  • VIN/Class Issue
  • Program/Product Update

Priority Select the priority for this ticket:
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
  • Urgent
